These CluesBucks can be used to purchase anything on ShopClues or can even be credited back to the customer. The CluesBucks will be credited back to the original mode of payment upon request. In case of cash on delivery (COD) payment, the amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account. For payments made through any of the wallet payment gateways like Paytm, Mobikwik etc, the CluesBucks will be credited to the original mode of payment. The time it takes to process a refund depends on the mode of payment. For example, it takes 1-2 business days for CluesBucks, 3-4 business days for net banking, 7-9 business days for debit card or wallets, and 10-15 business days for credit card. In case of any clarification or if the refund has not been received within the stipulated time, it is advised to contact the bank's customer care number to know the status of the transaction. For some orders, the refund is initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. In other cases, the refund is initiated after the returned product is delivered to the seller. A refund may get declined if the product received is not as per the claim or if the order ID is missing on the package.
